I have had nothing but good experiences from this company.
My review as follows:

I Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your excellent customer service, I have an oil cooler which I removed to clean, I left it off a while and lost the fixings. I contacted yourselves and you posted the fixings out to me free of charge. This sort of superb customer service is very rare these days and is a breath of fresh air.

Brilliant bloke!

Those of you who have the GSA tool box thingie may have been surprised to receive a recent clamp replacement, free of charge, with a note saying that a customer had broken his plastic ones, so Mark decided to make some metal ones and send them out. Just like that.

The customer was me, and at no stage did i ever blame or suggest that the original fittings were not up to spec.

And good enough, in his note with the new clips Mark didn't blame me either.

He just got on with thinking of a newer, stronger design and then sent it out FOC to all the customers he could find.

What an Ace bloke!
