Dakar screen, I so want one!!

Hi all, can anybody in this mighty fine community point me in the direction of where I might purchase one of these black 650 2000 Dakar type screens. Its not like the bmw type ones which are very curved. Its almost verticle and very straight with a slight lip at the top.. looks the bizz I have to say.

You'll also be needing the screen spacer 'horse shoe' and the under the headlight-shroud suport 'boomerang' plus three longer screws.

These are esily available from you local BW dealer. I think they cost about £25.00 ish new.


As it happens I'm looking for a second hand set too

I was thinking of trying to mod/fit one of those to the 80 G/S... do you think it will match up the screen on the bike?

You'll have to remove the plastic enduro headlamp unit and fit another light, make some brackets etc

There's enough frame work on the TT IMO bracket to make it work
