Quite a good event. Plenty of different bikes to sit on and decent grub. It was also well attended I thought although the pic doesn't really show it like that! This was just one part of the display.

Nice castle, buffet had good intentions, but failed to satisfy.

New bike looked ...... ok, felt good to sit on. Nice things like cruise control and adjustable screen, but didn't make me want to go and buy one.
I know it will go like shit of a shovel, but to me, they have lost their uniqueness.
GS'es were always quirky, different to everything else. Maybe its a 'modern thing', but if the range of other manufacturers big traily type bikes were all lined up beside the new LC ... it would not stand-out in any way.

I know I'm a boring auld shite, but walking back and seeing my tractor 1150adv in the car park, I felt a warm glow inside ..... and no, I had not pissed myself.

Nice though.

Gid wee day oot, bike looks great , met up with farmer palmer and a few others all in I had a great day cheers guys at Dalkeith....

Had a great day out aswell............Met a few folk and had a good chat.

Myself and Prof Jose Vazquez-Boland were the last bikes to leave so we had a wee tour of East Lothian and then a wee tour of the farm.

Great setting, great bikes and good company all made for a good afternoon out.

Good effort MCE and greatly appreciated!

Can't comment on the buffet or location as I dropped in at that 'other' place for 10 minutes in the passing.
