Damaged spokes

..... and these are the wheels which are touted as easy to repair on a round the world trip ???

broken spoke ? easy just 'pop' a new one in without removing the tyre.

........just make sure you've got a few tools, hot air gun, releasing fluid etc etc.

Bloody right Phil !! It doesn't even bear thinking about really does it .....I have used heat, lubricants, hammers of all sizes, high speed drills, modified tent pegs (don't ask) and three different types of pliars to get this little fecker out. So the tools I needed would fill one pannier alone :D

One down - one to go.

Just rang around 3 different dealers for replacement spokes - no one has any .......two dealers actually said they didn't think it necessary to keep spokes in stock  they have to be ordered from the distributor so hopefully by tomorrow I will have some.
