Probably not everybodies cup of tea but I recently bought a pair of Danner Acadia's from Rig Equipment.
The service was excellent, which is rare for military outfitters, and much cheaper than Silvermans. The boots arrived in two days as estimated.
I've been wearing Danner boots for over ten years now and they are the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Including Alt Bergs, which me and my Regiment decided were made out of chamois leather after a NI tour in the early 90's.
They are worn by the world's special forces in the most inhospitable conditions, and Surrey bikers alike.
Usual disclaimer, dont know them, dont work for them, these are not the droids you are looking for etc.
