Dash mounted Roadbook?

I saw a GS12 with a dash mounted scrolling roadbook - seemed to clip to the screen frame, made of plastic (apologies if more exotic material) and wide enough to hold and scroll a4 paper.

waited, but owner didn't return - any ideas of supplier/manufacturer?
