That was posted about a year or so ago on another forum.
The guy disappeared and didnt answer questions.
Seemed like BS to me.

The guy didn't hang around to answer questions.
Now, if the device is real and works, it would require a cel phone with bluetooth that would work with an interface into the computer of the bike likely via the plug under the seat. It would connect like a GS-911 scan tool. Personally, I think it is a scam, and the guy is an idiot doing the high speed night time testing on city streets.
But that's just my opinion, I am not from Brazil. Maybe that is how they roll.
