My experience with this bloke is that he is a little bit whooo and a little bit whayy - never come across as professional, do i trust them to do a major service on my 990 adv?

same price (£400!!!!!!!) as other 2 nearest dealers (70 miles each)

i just dont feel comfortable

any comments please

If you don't feel comfortable then take it to somewhere else. If they are all the same price then have the comfort in your mind...

its a 2 day job apparantly, local dealer is only 5 miles from my work and will lend bike for 2 days, other 2 wont lend for 2 days and are miles away.

ktm forum has a couple of choice quotes....

think ill avoid and put up with the distance hassle

Do not currently have a KTM, but if I did I would take it to Market Deeping and Gear4, have used both and would rather travel further

thanks - they were polite, informative and helpful on the phone

the complete opposite of the local lot

i wonder how desperate ktm/mv etc must be for dealers having experienced barkshires whilst still in st augustines, norwich over the years

I like the look of the new model 690 Superduke, would not even bother going through the Norwich dealers door.

I don't understand why the other two dealers won't lend you a courtesy bike for the two days if as you say that's how long it takes to carry out the service?

What about a C&D?
