Hey guys I need some cobwebs blowing through. Weather is looking nice and dry (read slightly freezing too chilly ) Anyone fancy an early start on Sunday, say 0830 Upperboat Tesco's Petrol Station. Back in Cardiff for 1330-1400.
Anyone been around; Ponterwyd -RhosClaerwen reservoir and on too Ffair-Rhos on the hardpack. Wouldn't mind a look see, never been there before

I will be down the Kings at 1620 Friday as per usual but I have to be back home for 1800 as Mel has one of her Christmas do's, and is leaving at 1830 You could always pop in, I have a couple of Speckled Hen in the outhouse

Did the recke this morning, weather was fine and cold with no ice today but bloody hell it was slippery.

If the temp drops to zeroish we may revise the route to take out the really naggery bits.

We only did about 2/3rd's of the route from Merthyr to Llandovery and it took us about 2 hours with only one relief stop.

So in all its a good 3-4 hour run from Abergavenny to Llandovery with a large group and a mid-run stop.

The return run back to Abergavenny will probably consist of A-roads only due to time constraints.
