I've seen videos where the LED running light on the GS/A appears to flash. At standstill, mine is steady, do they begin to flash at speed or is this feature in the settings?

They don't flash at all. It's a result of the video frame rate.

They do flash but faster than your eye can see, what you see is called aliasing, just like the wagon wheels turning backwards in the old Western

I have a set of cheap Chinese LED spot lamps which I fitted to my bike. Testing them in the garage I noticed they interfere with any radios nearby, then my dipped beam bulb blew. Could be a coincidence but I have removed them fully just in case they caused any other problem, I had them plugged into the accessory socket.
