hi i have an 07 1200gs have fitted de cat pipe and gpr end can, lovely sound but def runnin lean! been lookin at wunderlich performance controller to re map as stutters at full load/throttle. what is good cost effective way to achieve potential of new pipe and better running cheers

concerned about long term damage without re map! oh an the gpr end can is similar to remus power cone i think cheers lee

Get it on a dyno, have the air/fuel ratios checked and be prepared to buy a Power Commander, Wunderlich controller or similar and have a custom map made up on the dyno.

I ran my '07 with a full Remus system for several thousand miles but it was obviously running quite a lot leaner than my '04 did with the same system.

:)ok cheers yep dyno only way know what def goin on:bounce1 the wunderlich controller should already b mapped from what i have read! have look into power commander next

mine developed a stutter at full thottle not long after fitting remus headers (decat) & end can.

I had new coils fitted & it is running sweet as a nut now (touch wood)

I have Remus headers, Akra can, K&N, Iridium plugs and the Wunderlich power controller. Goes like stink all the way up the rev range, no stutter at 4.5K revs anymore and smooth at low revs. Bike's an '08 GSA. I like the fact that the Wunderlich comes with standard map for year of bike (so I'm told) and all you can do is add fuel so you can't stuff it up.
