Deflating exped 9 downmat

Replacement mat was waiting for me when I got home.

The new pump/stuff-bag with the hose attachment looks like an improvement.

Fingers-crossed, third time lucky.

Update on Exped mats?

I'm thinking of buying a couple of 7 or 9 down mats but after Reading this thread I am having second thoughts. Has anyone any more recent experience of the mats. Ie do they still deflate?
Also any thoughts of 7 or 9 cm? 7 are cheaper and smaller. Thanks

There were problems with the earlier ones but i have nothing but praise for the one i have .Went for the exped 7dlx as opposed to the 9dlx in the end as
1. it was a lot cheaper
2. No way would i be camping in - 20 degrees

Didnt see the size of the standard 7 to compare but the 7dlx is more than big enough length and width ways and really comfy even for a salad dodger like me

Thanks. The dlx seems to be the way to go, certainly for me but probably not for wife.
