Anyone fancy a ride out on saturday 1st March?

North Cornwall or North Devon was mentioned as a destination on our last ride out. Any ideas anyone :)

Hi Devon

Hope you had a good weekend at the Bath and west show, i didnt make it up.

yep i'm up for a ride out can make most weekends this month, as for a route around north devon sounds good, you can always go round the coast , braunton woolacombe,
ilfracombe, combe martin, over to lynton, then up to minehead and back down over the moore. but i,m up for any route people want to go.

Cheers Badger

Sounds good to me too Devon, I'm not working that weekend. I did mention a run in these areas a while back, just havent got round to sorting it out yet. Just a suggestion what about starting from Polzeath, cafe on the beach, will have to find out what time it opens, and heading up the coast towards your way. I could lead this end of it if you want to do your end. Alternatively start your end and head back west if you prefer. Just an idea.:)

Jeff, I reckon north Cornwall and north Devon in one ride would mean missing too many of the best bits of each, trying to fit it all in.
We could easily spend 4 or 5 hours riding the north Devon coast and Exmoor ending up near Tiverton so people could ride back the motorway or Atlantic highway to get home. I expect the north Cornish coast and Bodmin moor would take a similar time to ride and my thinking is we should do one area on 1st March and save the other for a later date. What are other peoples thoughts?

i'm up for either, count me in and yes doing seperate days makes for another day out riding any excuse to get out for the day.

Yep, I had sort of come to the same conclusion after having thought about it. So if you would like to do the North Devon coast on 1st March Andy we can save North Cornwall and Bodmin moor round trip for another day.:thumb2
