DID chain and sprockets

My advice guys...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! They are located in Grimsby, I dealt with them last july, their website is www.te-motorcyclespares.co.uk .This company was removed from ebay as they had very bad feedbacks and now they try to sell under a different name.I ordered a chain kit for my GS800,even after reassurement that they will send me the right parts they sent me wrong rear sprocket (for year 08-09) and I have 2010.After a phone call we agreed that I'll keep the chain and send them sprockets back and will get a partial refund as I decided to buy both sprockets from BMW.Up to that moment everything was smoothly.Afterwards it was a lot of smoothtalking, bollocks and never ending excuses, saying that they sent the money, followed by opening a case with Paypal, phone calls from abroad probably cost me more then they owed me I finally got a refund by check after 6 weeks (hope you read this David) !!!

Maybe you kicked their a***e into gear, mines a 2010 model correct chain and sprockest delivered next day couldn't fault the service but but if I had known of your experience I probably wouldn't have ordered.
But its nice to have everyone's feedback to help us spend our hard owned carefully.
I always buy with credit card as you get the warranty with the purchase, I recently took my son to North London to buy a car he had been looking for to secure the car he left a £100 deposit by credit card.
When we arrived after 200 mile journey the guy told us the car had broken down with a faulty ECU and wasn't available to see as it was in the workshop.
He failed to return the deposit but the credit card company has paid up and they will chase him saves us all the stress.

colint, at first I contacted the seller before I purchased it to be completely sure I'll get the right part as I was getting ready for a month long trip.I was told that he checked it twice before he posted it.What a surprise when I found out on a JT website that rear sprocket is not for M10 but for M8 bolts. It just showed me that the seller didn't have a clue what he is selling. The following day after my "discovery" I phoned the seller and David said how sorry he feels and :blagblah. After a talk we agreed that I will keep the chain and will send him the sprockets back and will get a partial refund of approx 17 pounds.I've done so the same afternoon and he received it the following day.Since that moment there were just excuses and :blagblah and how he doesn't understand I haven't received a refund as he sent it to me and then :blagblah again and again. Finally after 6 weeks when I called them (and was ready to tell them that either all this is going to be resolved or Iam going to see them personally) a woman(Sue) answered the phone,we had a chat when I explained the situation, told her too that David is not suitable for this job and dealing with people and the following day I've had the check in my post box.
