Digital speed readout

I have heard/seen mention of being able to set an easy to read speed readout on the instrument panel.
I have looked through the hand book with no luck, anyone out there seen it ? HELP.
I cannot see the speedo properly and rely on the satnav.

As an aside, I was in Norfolk recently and was told that it was against the law to have the camera warning activated on the satnav, is this true?

I believe it depends on bike spec, my TE has "on board computer pro" which allows you to display current speed.

Mine came preset with MPH but I would imagine that it you have to customise in when in the settings menu

I also use the Sat Nav for speed as it's more accurate (someone will be along shortly to tell me I'm wrong)
