in my opinion, no they dont, bmw certainly dont make a fitting kit and never seen any

The panniers won't fit, but the top box should fit - although I haven't tried to fit a 1200 Vario topbox to an 800's topbox plate, but I believe it should fit. I have a Vario topbox from a 1200 fitted occasionally to my F800GS, but it's mounted to an adaptor plate from an R1200GS.

Unless you are a bit of a wiz in the tubular frame frabrication department you are out of luck. I had the same thought when trying to kit out the wifies 650. The whole mounting and locking system in completely different for the panniers. (Actually far more secure than on the 12's IMO).
As for the topbox - havent tried but the mounting mechanism looks very similar.
