Has anyone had any troble with their choke mechanisum at the switch gear end. Mine got stuck in the full on possition the other day and when I took it apart to investigate (and shut it off) it appears to have worn badly.
There is a small ball bearing which is pushed via a little spring, this keeps it in the two on positions by having two indents on the track that the ball moves in. The problem is this track seams to be steel for some of it and the soft ally of the housing for the remainder, this has now worn to the point that when the ball drops over the steel it wont return.
I've not phoned or taken it into a dealer yet but could any of you shead some light on it.
