Dodgy indicator

Hi, i have a 1150GS 03 and for some reason the LH indicator paddle moves but does not engage the indicator, if i put the hazatrds on the indictors wok, so i kno it is not a power problem. Has anybody had one of the LH switcher open, how does the paddle work on the inside as i am aware you can buy just the paddles rather than having to replace the whole switchgear???

any ideas???

Do a search matey - it's a common problem

Sometimes the switch behind the 'paddle' is duff, but someone did find a site that sell replacements

Other times a bit of wd40 or a blow with a can of compressed air works, others a good wiggle seems to do the trick

I've had this issue on both my GSs

Seems/seemed to come and go on both my bikes.
