Dodgy paint job

Need to touch up paint on 2007 R1200GS rocker covers (silver)Can anyone tell me which paint would be best?
Also should top coat go direct onto etch primer?

Hi Scorp.....if you need to spray the part.

A full 2 pack system is best

For a full system its best to apply and Etch primer followed by a 2 pack primer. 2 pack = a dedicted hardener for the primer etc.

Allow to dry overnight, flat and paint with a silver basecoat (dry's matt) and then paint a 2 pack gloss clearcoat, again a 2 pack = a dedicted hardener for the clearcoat (or matt clearcoat)

Sorry don't know the paint code for the rocker cover.
