An idiot guide/diagram to show removal and replacement of the headlamp unit please before I put my grubby mits to it

Piece of cake.
remove 2 screws at bottom of screen to riased bottom slightly.
remove 2 screws by indicators to free up lamp, unplug instrument panel loom from back of panel and light loom from back of light.
As you lift the unit to clear the peg in the bottom of the lamp from its hole above the oil cooler you will see the side lamp bulb holder, pull it from the lamp unit and remove the lamp and instruments as one assembly.
Took me as long to type this as to do it.

How does the side-lamp bulb holder come out? pull? press and pull? un-clip something and pull?

The side light bulb in effect is installed in a very tight grommit/socket all in one rubber bung, to get it out you kind of just have to keep pulling until it pops out, kind of annoyingly difficult especially as you don't want to pull too much on the actual wires.

Thanks very much for the guidance,managed to fit the new unit without any probs.
