I'm in south wales (brecon),

I love my new bike, its the right size, its just my legs are too small,

I dont have a seat, but a few of the F800gsers might have one as i dont think they use them always standing on there pegs

Have you thought about having your seat cut down.

I had my standard seat reshaped, it's a bit higher than the low seat but much more comfortable.

Only cost about £50.

I'm hoping to buy an 800GS which will be coming with a low seat and I'll be wanting to swap it for a tall seat.

It's going to be a couple of weeks, if you can wait maybe we could do a swap.

Welcome Taffyboyo, have you considered lowering the bike,with a suspension lowering kit?
did mine and cost £200, dropped it 50mm

Thomo, I've just been looking at the lowernig kit, not a bad price either but I spent way over my budget to buy the bike, so I thought I'd see if the seat might make the difference I need, or I may just get used to it, plus I am useless with a set of spanners, how much would it cost to have the kit fitted?
