He done my bike a while back, I just wanted to add some but was not sure If i can just add a semi synth to it.

Take your own along, no objections to me pitching up with a jug of Castrol GPS last time. - prolly put it in his bike and gave me chip fat though.
If I remember right it's Rocoil, or however it's spelt, not the GP stuff that most tend to use, but can be mixed with it, well not done mine any damage anyway

He serviced my 1100 a few weeks back and used Rock 10/40 Semi Synthetic in the engine.
I asked him 'cos I wanted to top up with the same stuff.
I guess he uses this oil 'cos he has got a big drum of it in the garage...

The GS has got 13k on her, so a nice 10W40 should do for a top up.
