A lot of people want to ride the iconic Stelvio pass. Quite a few others don’t, for whatever reasons. For the latter, this 250 miles route (lifted from Michelin’s Road Trips à Moto Europe) going from the Brenner pass with Austria, around to the Rombo pass, back into Austria, might well suit them.

If you convert the track from a route, make sure you disable seasonal closures.
As a bonus, it goes through the ‘Must stay’ location of Arabba.
