Clarke Torx bit set from Machine Mart !

I did to check all the Torque settings as i have had a nagging doubt about them for a while
Any way torqueing the brake caliper bolts and the rear wheel twisted the Torx bits.

In fairness i took them back to machine mart and the refunded the money and as a consequence can any one recomend a good set of Torx bits

Can't remember how many broken Clarke branded tools I've taken back to Machine Mart, total rubbish !

Try uk.rs-online.co.uk, not cheap but all good quality tools, I think Wera seem to be the best in this field. I've always used the screwdriver type rather then the driver bit or key types.

..... with the Halfords Prof. torx. They changed it without challenge though.

I've got the Halfords Professional ones and they seem ok.

I've broken two of those trying to drive them into rusted bolt heads with a small hammer. They seem to be brittle but were exchanged without quibble.

If that is the 5lb version well done, how did you know?

I would go with Teng, Brittol, Facom or Snap-on. Snap-on if your going touse them alot if not very much then Teng or Brittol
