I'm informed of a clean DR250 K reg for sale but Parker's guide doesn't list it.
No idea of mileage or service history at this point and photo's it looks like it has road tyres on and it may have had a respray as there are no decals on the panels. However, I (vaguely) know the current owner and he's the type to have taken great care of his bike.

Any ideas? - just a ball-park figure would suffice

Not really, both engines used at the time in the 250cc bike, a single cam 4 valve or a twin cam 4 valve, were hardy but some suffered if the units had ben over revved causing camchain issues, so listen for mid-engine rattles/tapping noises.

The bike was not an official import by Suzuki GB so it is highly likely the bike is a Japanese grey import, but saying that there are several outlets for spares, www.wemoto.com being one of the best.

The DR is far too tall for me.
The bike has done about 23k kilometres and is in good condition.
He wants about £900 - he's never taken it off road - it has road tyres on and he uses it for local trips only. If anyone is interested, PM me your email address and I will forward it to the guy - he lives in York.
