Dry cell powered LED indicators?

I have an SP370 whose 6v electrics are a total mess. With a kickstarter and a dummy load in place of the battery I really only miss a set of indicators. Has anyone come across an LED kit with a flasher unit that uses dry cells

It is used in a foreign clime so not too concerned about road regs etc

You may find the very thing in a cyclists emporium; they certainly were available in yesteryear
