I just found the place very unhelpful and overly moderated and IIRC before you can view the for sale threads or sell stuff you have to have a few approved posts

Place is fine. Not selling on your first post is bang on and saves the vulnerable getting scammed.
They only over moderate the pillocks, which is why the pillocks see it as dull.
There's always buying new, but those looking to save the price of a tank of fuel sometimes have to bite their lip.
