Hi all, would like to extend an open invitation to you all to an evening we're hosting tomorrow evening here in the Joe Duffy showrooms.
In early May, Roger Scheffer, from the BMW Off-Road School in South Africa, along with Howard Scott & Jaco Swanepoel set off on an epic adventure which will see them ride all the way from Durban to Dublin – all in aid of the Pebbles Project, a charity that offers support to children with special needs. The trip will see them pass through places like Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Libya before reaching Europe. Via Spain, the trio will cross through Switzerland, Germany and the UK before eventually arriving in Dublin.
We will be hosting a welcome reception for the guys on the evening of June 30th here in the Joe Duffy Motorrad Showrooms from 7pm, and will give you all a change to hear some of their stories, ask them various questions about their trip, and to see the R1200 GS Adventures that they rode on the trip.
