Has anyone done this event recently?

Looking around it would appear that it's one of the hardest rallies, however, my previous experience of it on 2 attempts (on sidecars ) both ended in A+E...

Hopefully 3rd time lucky on the XChallenge?

I'm entered Nathan, along with Grimmy and a few others. I'm doing it on the Honda though, as it's not a round of the BBC. Didn't ride it last year, but all the previous ones have been as you suggest, a bit tougher than your average rally, but not quite an enduro. I have really enjoyed it in the past.
See you there. :thumb2

I'd better check my funds and pull my finger out with getting my entry off then...

I think it is a round of the BBC and double points as it is a bit harder.

It was a Premier round, not a Standard round AFAIK, but with so many Premier rounds being cancelled it doesn't look as though that class is going to be continued. That is my interpretation of the wording on the BBC page. Hope it's right, otherwise I'll have to try and change my entry.

As Mark (earthmover) said it is a little tougher than most rallies but a great course .Unfortunately my 2004 effort also ended in A+E with a dislocated shoulder after a stupid low speed fall.So as mark said to me go fast and stay on!!!
