Was well impressed with them today.

I have a strange habit of changing bikes.

Got fed up with Carole Nash charging me £30 for the 'admin' plus all the phone time and they even once screwed it up so I was uninsured for a few weeks.

Had to add my new R1200GS to my policy today.

You do it all online, no human contact, no cost and print off a new certificate when finished.

E mail copy to Vines for tax.

Unfortunately the system failed then because they say Post office want original.

Privatise those useless cnuts I say

Hopefully it will arrive buy Sat.

Had the same probs with my policy doc. the local post office would not take the one i printed to tax me new bike. I now print them on thicker paper, no problems so far

normaly send new cert's quickly, but I've never had a prob with the one's I print off, F'k me I printed them off they are originals! complain bout ya post office, or use thicker non copy paper, regards DM
