Electical power outlets / plugs

Hi -

JimB kindly pointed me towards a supplier of electrical sockets/plugs to run auxiliary equipment (the ones that look a bit like smaller cigar lighter sockets).

These things are cheap:

Din plug for BMW, about £1.50

Din Skt for BMW About £3.40

... but the company that stocks them requires a minimum order of £20. Currently my order stands at £4.50...

So, if anyone else needs either sockets or plugs, please PM me and if we make the 20 quid threshold I'll order them straight away and post them to you.

they're cheap because you have to solder the joins,

not the quick screw fixings like the dearer plugs .

Yep, that's the Farnell site, and it's Farnell who need the £20 minimum.

Now, I'm obviously not averse to spending 20 squid, I just don't especially want a life's supply of plugs....!
