Its time to carry out some essential mods to the Adv and would really appreciate some advice and final recommendations.

My thoughts are to install;

Fiamm air horns as recommended by Mike O
Light bar to attach under the Beak (which one???)
2 Hella FF50's, independently turn off and on-able! (able to run with dipped or main beam and flashable)
Wide rear lights (Malky's??)
Rob Farmers Autoswitch

With the lights, the idea is to be seen rather than to see, and I think the unusual visual profile helps when filtering along the outside of a line of cars that also have their headlights on.

Do Halfords produce their headlight paint in a nice Blue and does anyone know how long the Custodial sentence would be?

What I need most of all is a proper auto-electrician who can carry out this work without killing me, the bike or the warranty!

Any names for the London area would be appreciated, preferably with prices more kind than the main dealers.

Cheers guys

Me too

decent auto electrician sought near Edinburgh - will consider gifted amateur.

Anything beyond pressing the switch is beyond me.

check out www.widetail.co.uk and look at the Fitting instructions they are very easy to fit, assuming you have the standard indicators that is.

If you have not seen them the I suggest you do as the Web site (although wonderful) does not do them justice.

just received light bar and oil cooler cover from MIGSEL both of them are exelent pieces of kit.managed to get some 4 inch round fog lights from a car accesorie shop that was closing down £20 wired them up today using ROBs MOTO-SWITCH brilliant, looks good too(well i think so).rob supplies an IDIOTS guide to fitting on floppy disc, study instructions carefully shouldnt be a problem you can also ring him if you get stuck.

GO ON GIVE IT A GO:hapybnce:
