When I bought my 2016 GSA I had an extra aux socket fitted for my wife to connect her Keis vest to, but she prefers the battery and I have now actually covered it with a Puig cover. At its first service I asked the dealer to fit a cable directly to the battery which is under the seat but is easily pulled out between the seat and the tank, which I can connect my Keis vest to.

Now I want to connect a Bullet HD camera to a switched supply so it is automatically powered up when the ignition. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to "tap"in to.

+1 - remove plastics to get at the best place and check the pins to make sure you have the correct ones - one shows a voltage but is not 12V so don't use that!

Where is the optional extra power socket fitted to the bike and is there an existing connector in the wiring loom waiting for it? Is it the same for both GS & GSA bikes?

If you are not having a gps fitted, then there is a plug in the right side just near the front turn signal.

Thanks, but I am using that. I was thinking that there was another socket location for the optional extra listed under the GSA accessories, and wondering where the socket is mounted.
