I have a G650GS and I have fitted a pair of Ring Micro-cruise fog lights with the standard Ring relay and wiring kit. I have fitted a switch so I have the option to turn the lights off when riding and have the relay connected to the dipped headlight bulb to supply a switched live.
The problem is that if I turn the bike off (just normally, one click - not park, but leaving the fog switch in the on position) the lights go off as expected but around two hours later (timed on more than one occasion) the fog lights come on again all by themselves - how can this be?!!
Keying the bike on and off resets the process for a further two hours.
Any advice appreciated.
