The drz has a shitty aftermarket headlight. Is there anything out there which is good looking, powerfull and gives decent light for reasonable money? Needs to be road legal

Try and get a dr250 Djebel unit or a set of xr250 baja units, much better than a r1200gs lights

I replaced the 'E' headlight on my DRZ with one from an 'S'; much better, cheap and road legal.

Thanks for the ideas. I had the same unit on bertha as you have wreford, good but too heavy for the drz.

If you go the Simpson Detour route, get one with glass lenses - they have proper beam deflectors and the polycarbonate lenses melt!

That last set up was functional
The airheads currently with Mike Overy having a make over, it'll be back to a more simple set up plus some new powder coating.
