Sorry :( guys, wont be making trips, to the Toby for a little while, as I go into hospital for a hip replacement, at the end of this month.:rob Also My gsa non abs, is for sale, see thread. If you know someone in need of a good bike.

My left hip was replaced in 1978 @ age 29:eek::eek:
Leg Calf Perthes disease.
My right hip was replaced and femur extention of 2" performed in 2000 @ 51 years old :rob
I was back on my bikes within 8 weeks of the ops:thumb2:thumb2
My left hip is going to be replaced in Oct/ Nov this year as its got enough play as to fail the MOT now...
The Original Charnley type had an expected life of 15 years so i've doubled that :augie
The New ones are Exeter hips:thumb2:thumb2
the Dogsbollox of hip replacements :)
If I can allay any fears:eek or you want any advise, I'm just a pm or phone call away..

Keep the bike, you'll only have to buy another bugger soon :blast

By the way, I'm an LGV 1 [retired now] driver as well, it's great fun parking 44 tonner with a Blue Badge in the Windscreen :aidan:aidan:augie
