Guys looking for a little advice.
After a fantastic ride out yesterday we came to a junction and i was caught out by the camber. bike went over. normally i would have saved it but my wife was on the back and she went over and i couldn't keep the bike up. On investigation after making sure she was ok I have scratched the engine casing.

I was wondering if this is repairable. I'm gutted as been waiting so long to get this bike and only 8 weeks old.

Your picture is a little blue square to me; nevertheless take comfort in the indisputable fact that most GS/GSA's have been laid down by their owners at some point, normally at zero mph. The positive aspect being that they all get ridden away afterwards.

Hope the wife is ok.

I dropped my old one with the Mrs on the back at Honister. Luckily she was sort of under the bike so only a tiny little ding in the exhaust.

This is a bit left field, but with the number of engines being replaced under corrosion and all they do is smash them up, speak to your dealer and see if they would swap a casing over for you.
