Ergo Screen Nightmare, Help !!

After 4 months of waiting my replacement Wunderlich Ergo Screen has finally arrived. (I returned the original screen last November as faulty and another was returned to Wunderlich by my Supplier as also faulty). Now I have a problem with fitting. It would appear that the when the offside plastic locating bush is fitted into the screen the Ribs which locate into the corresponding Ribs on the Bike are at a different angle so that only one Rib fits into the Ribs on the Bike. (The Nearside fits OK.) This would appear to be caused by the the angle of the Screen Moulding being incorrect.
Also the Screen is not central on the Bike by about 5mm. This means that the Holes for the Supplied Screensave Vario do not line up with the Holes in the Screen. Trying to adjust this by use of the supplied nylon washers means that there is insufficient thread engagement at one side in the Aluminium Block.
Has anyone else come across these problems or have I got yet another faulty Screen or am I doing something wrong.
Oh, and there are yet still manufacturing blemishes in the moulding although not as bad as the original and I can reluctantly live with them.

Bingo !!, after a sleepless night pondering on just what I was doing wrong and fresh start this morning I have eventually got the Screen to fit. Believe me it wasn,t easy. I didn,t expect a piece of moulded plastic to be constructed to Rolex Tolerances but these screens are way out. As a comparison, the Original Equipment Screen just drops into place, millimetre perfect. Lets hope that the intended effect is worth all the hassle in the end.

Nah I put it in my exhaust header 2 Months ago to clean up my emissions.
