when i start my pc around 50% of the time it displays an error message window..........
"One of the files containing the systems registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy,the recovery was successful."
Before Xmas after displaying the above for around a month one day it started up and only the back ground picture was showing.
I phoned my telephone support line and they tried to get me to start it up in "safe mode" which it would'nt do so i had to reload XP all was OK for a week or so but this error message has come back any ideas before it hapens again ?
