That's the commercial exchange rate, which is better than you would get from the bank / post office or your credit card. A more accurate guide is here - http://www.thomascook.com/currency/travelmoney.asp which give the current rate as 1.38 which makes the panniers £782. Then, if paying by credit card, you might pay from 0% up to 2% commission depending on the card issuer.

They are really good panniers, I had a pair on my 1150 ADV, but why would you need any? You don`t keep your bikes long enough to justify the outlay!
