South Wales Advanced Motorcyclists have invited Nick Plumb of Touratech and Dakar Rally fame to give a talk at the 12 Knights Hotel at Margam, Port Talbot at 7:30pm on Wednesday 4th. February.
Usually, SWAM restrict attendance to 1 member + 1 guest, but as they realize that there may be wider interest in this talk, they are opening the evening to anyone who wants to attend. There is no entry fee, it's free, (so should suit all the Tossers!

got a beer took my seat at 7.45 right in the front row, 8.10 the Chairman from SWAM explained that the guest speaker has'nt turned up but should be here shortly. 8.20 The poor Chairman from SWAM appeared again, he was so embarrassed poor chap, He could'nt explain what could have happened, this has never happned before, he was unable to contact Mr Plum. a few lighthearted jibes ensued eg. perhaps thats why he's never won the Dakar ( if he cant find the 12 Knights Hotel at Margam what chance does he have of winning one of the toughest endurance races on the planet)
