Exhaust Camshaft Needed urgent !!!!!!!

Does anyone know where I can source an Exhaust Camshaft, sprocket and nut urgently!!

Apparently I have a part missing from mine and a new one will take 7-10 days from Germany!! I'm due on a ferry with my bike next Saturday night....
