Exhaust Repacking

Gents, I just did a few simple repair jobs like painting some parts and putting a new master cylinder on stuff like that.
I did rebuild my gearbox which went very smoothly.
I came to put it all back together and it started ok but then just stopped. There is no spark anymore.
I have thoroughly checked the loom for broken wires or something I might have knocked off. I put a new relay, ignition ignition amplifier and voltage regulator plus a new enduralast coil and leads. Still no spark.
Bean can?
Is there a reliable fix for this? An upgrade part perhaps ?

To check of it’s the bean can…. Pull spark plug and ground to head. Turn on ignition and then flick the kill switch on and off.
If it sparks when you do this it’s the hall sensor in the ban can.
Get a copy of the “ classic boxer charging” book by Rick James….its the bible for airhead wiring. Easy to undesrtstand too.
