Cut the downpipes open at the cat. Remove the cat internals. Weld it back up.

I think them E-Bay ones are the same 9or very similar) to mine. Not the best lookers but certainly do the job and saves hacking open a zillion quids worth of OEM kit

Plus you can easily sell them for 50%+ of what you paid at a later date
