Extracting waypoints.

Hi fellow gurus.

I am trying to extract waypoints from my SP3.

I wanted to update the camping files started way back by Whatton(I think)
However, when I connect the device to computer I get ALL the waypoints in the device.

Is there a way to isolate the ones I want to appear.??
