Just FYI - Hex are releasing their splitter cable that allows two smartbus light units (so 4x Lone Rider Motolights) to run off one Ezcan.

I got one installed as part of their beta testing, it uses the white and yellow circuits to power the 4 lights at 100% brightness.

James @ Shiny Side Up has released a video explaining more details - https://www.facebook.com/share/v/18ETFBW7in/

This is the cable put into my bike

Noticed the caveat, about pulling too much power than your bike can supply ;)

Yeah. This was more just a test case scenario.

Perfect situation for me would be to have the Lone Rider MTL and the lower lights replaced with a Denali D3 but all running off one Ezcan and one circuit. Having 4x MTL is overkill entirely..

That's interesting. This is the splitter I used. Yours makes sense, as it does mean you can run all 4 at 100%, as that extra lead means more power to use
I hadn't intended to run them all at that anyway, they are stupidly bright at 50/70%
That said I wouldn't mind running the full-beam at 100% which would be just crazy lol
I am seeing more and more bikes online with 4 MTL9's fitted. That and loads more with 4 off some other combination (CoLite, Denali etc)

Your bike looks nice, with the 4 MTL's on, it's more the menacing look and extra visibility I wanted them for.
