Not really help needed, but have a look at this freebie if you are a nightbird on a computer then struggle to get to sleep afterwards. I downloaded F.Lux a couple of months ago and it's been brilliant. I often have to work on the PC late at night writing up documentation and it was causing problems in getting off to sleep.
This freebie http://justgetflux.com/ regulates the light output from your monitor or laptop display and works by finding your location, checking dawn / dusk times and then modifying the brightness / colour temps and saturation of your screen.
You can also get it free for Mac / Linux / Ipad / iPhone and it really seems to work.
I've no association with them, but thought I would pass it on as A. its free, and that's good, and B. it saves getting your retina burnt out when you use a computer / tablet. You can customise all the settings and are not restricted at all.
Check it out folks
