Has anyone got any idea what has happened to the site?

Not been able to log onto it since last Friday.

Hi, I don't know what problem you are having with your log in but i've just tried mine & it all seems ok?
:nenau

Ah, I'm in now.
My favourites points me to http://www.f650.co.uk/index.htm which doesn't work but if I take off the index.htm then I'm in.
Not a clue why of course.

Neither of those work for me.

Could it have anything to do with moving from London to Edinburgh? Don't see why it would, as it worked fine when I was up here on holiday last time.

Barclays online banking is playing similar tricks on me too.

Computers seem to hate me sometimes! :rob

Why don't you log on the XRV site and pm Dave?

Try deleting temp internet files. Tools - Internet Options - Delete. I'd go for just temp files first, then cookies if that don't work.

Cannot log onto XRV site either. Now makes me think this is a server problem.

What? And Barclays use that too?

What's the common factor? You/your PC. Try from another PC if possible to prove/eliminate. I'm still pushing delete the temp files.

My iBook G4 does not have that "Internet Options" on the Tool Bar, in Firefox or Safari.

Am at my Brother's house in Edinburgh, he has AOL server & his computer will not log onto forum either, which makes me think it is his server causing the problem. He is trying to contact AOL now, so I think a strong brew is in order!

Hmm, AOL do things their own way. It could well be something there. Can you (if you want to that is) explain more about the setup? You refer to a 'server', is this his PC? How are you connecting? How is his 'server' connecting? What messages do you get and are they the same from both machines and to both sites?

Maybe we should take this to the 'computer help' forum if we are going to discuss it any more. Probably some AOL knowledge over there too.

The connection was reset
