Factory order times?

Good afternoon all, as per the title, wondering what sort of lead times people have been seeing if they have opted for a factory build order rather than taking an in stock bike. Been told 3 months at present ( so similar to my present 1250 when it was ordered) Obviously BMW are presently pushing their finance/deposit contribution offer package till the end of the month but I presume this is mostly to shift existing 25 model year stock. TIA.

If the dealer says 3 months then I would expect it to be probably about 3 months

I've always found most brands pretty accurate with delivery times

how long is a piece of string

4 months and counting so far - twice made another spec other than whats on the order form

mate waited 5 months for a car - rang him up 3 months in and said give us £500 quid your getting x - to which he said no I'm not, make it properly or go away - it was only 75k so why would you expect what you want - its german

I ordered my GS in the 3rd week of July. Factory 26MY build as my spec wasnt in the UK, dealers get it today I think and I will collect next week. So thats about 10 weeks from order and thats allowing for summer holidays at the factory.
