It been a nice day ,i took the bike out for the first time this year only to run out of petrol two miles later. Nearest petrol station 3 miles away and no one around to call for assitance. Then a guy pulls up in a car and offers to go and get petrol. He duly returns with the juice and waits to make sure the bike starts. What a decent bloke.

Welcomed to the forum :). You were lucky and found a Dublin car driver that was not holding his phone as he drove over you :comfort. North or south side ?

Feels great when you get help out the blue.

Let me recount mine, fuelled up at my local, then went for a long ride, got low on fuel 150 miles away from home, filled up, went to pay and my wallet wasn't on me anymore. Buggered as the chap behind the till was very agitated, the que behind me got long, then a total stranger offered to pay the £22.00 bill, trusting me to paypal him when I got home which I did.
Thats the closest I've ever got to snogging a man.

Great country innit.:beerjug:
